Standard delivery items are shipped in 3-5 working days. Kindly note Sundays and National holidays are not working days. For express delivery items are shipped in 1-2 days. If there are multiple orders the time may increase, will keep you posted via WhatsApp/Email.
Perfect fit guarantee applies as long as the measurements (or the sample blouse ) sent by the user are correct. All orders are stitched to measurements asked by user – either sending via online form or via courier or selecting the standard size option.
Returns not accepted as the orders are custom stitched to customers size and measurements. However customers can send back the blouse for minor alterations in size along with a sample blouse that fits well. Alterations will be done based on sample blouse measurements and sent back in 5-7 days.
Customer needs to send back for alterations within 3 days of receiving the blouse.

In no circumstances will there be any refund once the order is delivered.
Orders once placed can be cancelled within 6 hours of payment. Customer needs to communicate us via Email (support@theblousestore.com) or WhatsApp (+91 7989987455) within 6 hours of placing the order.
